Update 8/8/2024: The Butler Township Police Department in response to MiglioreLaw’s ongoing Right to Know Law requests, appeal and press releases released 12 bodycam videos to our firm. The videos are currently processing and will be posted below and on our youtube channel- youtube.com/asbestosattorney – as they become available.

This dramatic bodycam footage, recently released by the Butler Township Police Department, captures the intense moments just after the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump on July 13, 2024. The video shows the confusion at the scene near the roof on which the shooter was perched. Multiple agencies arrive and access the roof including the Secret Service. At one point, The Officer wearing the bodycam tells other officers that he told the Secret Secret earlier in the week that they needed to “post guys over here”, referring to the building on which the shooter was perched. There is also confusion about where units were supposed to be posted.
