Worker Wage Protection Lawsuit
Manual Labor Worker
New York Labor Law §191
Manual labor workers
(all non-office employees),
are you being paid according to the law?
New York Law has special protections for manual workers. A manual worker is any employee who spends more than 25% of their workday doing manual work (as opposed to office or administrative work). Manual workers must be paid every week but many are only paid bi-weekly or even less often.
If you are a manual worker that is paid bi-weekly, you and your co-workers may be entitled to additional wages. Fill out the below form or use the live chat feature for a free case evaluation and our firm will contact you and let you know if you may qualify.
