“Rudy”
Rudolph Francis Xavier Migliore, 73, of East Setauket, passed on April 25th of 2020.Rudolph founded the firm formerly known as Miglore & Infranco, P.C. in 1980. Rudy was a sincerely genuine, compassionate, and respectable man. Rudy expressed his passion for practicing law which he did successfully for 43 years and serving others in need. Rudy would transcend all his client’s needs with comfort, guidance, support, and proficient legal counsel.
Not only did Rudy have meaningful advice, a great love for people, and a commitment to seek justice, he was also actively involved in local communities.
Rudy graciously incorporated hundreds of veteran’s groups, youth organizations, NYC fire fighter’s organizations, and not-for-profit corporations. Rudy was deeply involved in the community, churches, and his client’s lives. Rudy always made time to thoroughly explain, care for, and guide his clients through the overwhelming legal process. He truly understood the suffering that his clients would go through. Rudy’s passion to help and serve others has become a deep legacy in our office, and the many lives that he has touched. The firm has been deeply blessed with the outpouring of support, love, and prayers regarding the passing of our founder Rudolph Francis Xavier Migliore. Rudolph will be deeply missed, as we mourn his unforeseen passing may we celebrate the way he lived his life.
